While no utilities are included in rent at Mann Village, residents will have access to our clubhouse, community laundry-care facility, business center, picnic area and playground, making Mann Village the perfect place to call home.
At Mann Village, the security deposit is due at move-in and refundable upon move-out.
At Mann Village, the application fee is $40 for the first applicant and $10 for each additional applicant.
At Mann village, residents are responsible for electric, a flat fee water/sewer/trash, internet, and phone/cable.
Mann Village is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Mann Village is located within the Decatur Community School District. Nearby schools include: Stephen Decatur Elementary, Decatur Middle School, and Decatur Central High School.

Residents of Mann Village can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Mann Village, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
